Randy Munter, Webmaster/Technician

Randy Munter is Webmaster for Victory Temple Ministries. He has been Certified through both Lamar University and IAWMD (International Association of Webmasters and Designers) and is a skilled computer technician. Randy is also Webmaster for the School of Christ International and other ministry sites.

Randy's background includes military experience in which his rank, position and leadership skills give him a unique ability to relate to and work with people from all walks of life. He is an ordained minister, and is married with four children and two grandchildren.
